EasyPlate - Clever Technology, Simple Handling

The plate clamping system EasyPlate ensures speedy plate changes and true-to-register plate clamping with just a single tool. The positioning run function ensures that the plate cylinder automatically moves into the correct position for plate changing. Plate changing is very simple and, thanks to the register system, it is also absolutely precise. Lateral, circum- ferential and diagonal registers are controlled from the control panel. The printing pressure is adjusted manually and precisely on the operator side of the printing units.

AutoPlate - Absolute Precision without Use of Tools

AutoPlate is a new feature available as an option on the Printmaster PM 74. It cuts the time taken to change the plates to less than a minute per prin- ting unit. And register corrections can be performed in no time at all - a few start-up sheets are more than enough. The optional AutoPlate includes automatic plate changing at the touch of a key, automatic printing pressure adjustment from the delivery control panel PressControl and inductive double-sheet detection.
