Perfecting Device - Quality on Both Sides

The optional, semi-automatic perfecting device on the Printmaster PM 74 for perfecting in a single pass cuts your production times considerably. This enables you to increase productivity and maximize profits at consistently high quality levels.

Sheet reversal is performed true-to-register with one gripper closure. Rotary suckers on the storage drum tauten the sheet in lateral and circumferential directions. An optical missing-sheet sensor reliably monitors exact sheet travel for all materials at all printing speeds.

The double-sized transfer cylinders are fitted with closed jacket surfaces that allow virtually no air whirlpools to develop. In this way, even with very thin materials exact sheet travel is ensured. With the help of special cardboard guide rails stronger print stocks are led smoothly through the machine.
