PerfectJacket Plus - Instant Quality at First Sight

The further improved impression cylinder jacket for all impression cylinders after perfecting excels by its extremely fine-textured surface structure. The ink-repelling surface is sealed to reduce ink buildup on the cylinder. This minimizes the amount of washing required and gives a real boost to productivity. Users can change the PerfectJacket Plus (option) anytime and in an easy way. The exchangeable impression cylinder jackets enable users to directly influence the print quality at any time by simply changing the jacket. This can be done without time-consuming cylinder-mounting operations or test printing the entire press.

Even mechanical damage to the cylinders can be repaired quickly and easily without any loss in quality - a new jacket covers the repair and ensures the same print quality as before.
